Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at guildofwicks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
